One day I decided to quit ……………………….

I quit my job…My relationship…My spirituality….I wanted to quit my life…I went to the jungle to have last talk with GOD..”GOD” I said “can you give one good reason not to quit? His answer surprised me “Look around “He said “Do you see the fern and bamboo?

“Yes” I replied

When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light..I gave them water..The fern quickly grow from the earth. Its brilliant green covered the floor..Yet nothing come out from bamboo seed But I did not quit on the bamboo.

“In the second year, the fern grew more vibrant and plentiful..and again nothing come out from bamboo seed but I would not quit on the bamboo.” He said “In the third year there was still nothing from the bamboo seed But I would not quit..Again in the fourth year there was nothing from the bamboo seed But I would not quit” He said.

Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged fro the earth. Compared to the fern It was seemingly small and insignificant. But just six month later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall. It had spent five years growing roots.

Those roots made it stronger gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle.

He said to me “Did you know, my child that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots?”

“I would not quit on the bamboo neither will I ever quit on YOU..Don’t compare yourself to others” He said “The bamboo has different purpose than the fern, Yet they both make the forest beautiful.

“Your time will come.” God said to me.

You will rise high..

“How high should I rise?” I asked

How high will the bamboo rise?” He asked in return.

“As high as it can?” I questioned.

“Yes”, he said “Give me glory by rising as high as you can”

I left the forest to bring back this story. I hope these words can help you see that GOD

will never give up on you .Never Regrets.

NEVER BE WORRIED ABOUT THE DALAY IN YOUR SUCCESS AS COMPARE TO OTHERS.BECAUSE CONSTRUCTION OF WONDERS TAKE MORE TIME THAN ORDINARY STRUCTURE.

SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ALWAYS HAVE TWO THINGS ON LIPS.SILENECE AND SMILE.SMILE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS AND SILENCE TO AVOID THE PROBLEMS.

SCIENCE & SIKHISM

Science & Sikhism

Sikh teachings do not disagree with science, as it does not conflict with Sikh Scriptures or beliefs. In fact scientists are just now discovering the concepts that were written in Sikh scriptures centuries ago. Sikh Gurus told Sikhs not to smoke, do drugs or drink alcohol centuries ago. Scientists confirm that drinking alcohol, smoking and consuming drugs have harmful effects on the body.

Sikh beliefs have not been disproved by science in any form. Scientific facts support the teachings of Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Guru Granth Sahib Ji states, "There are planets, solar systems and galaxies. If one speaks of them, there is no limit, no end. There are worlds upon worlds of His creation. As He commands, so they exist. He watches over all, and contemplating the creation, He rejoices. Nanak says, it is really hard to describe" (Guru Granth Sahib Ji, 8). In addition, it is stated that God created the entire Universe including the Earth. "You Yourself created the Earth and the two lamps: the Sun and the Moon" (Guru Granth Sahib Ji, 83). Furthermore, "There are billions of regions and planets. There are billions of moons, suns and stars" (Guru Granth Sahib Ji, 275).

Clarification: The reference to Sun and the Moon as lamp is figurative not literal. Both give us light, Sun during the day and Moon during the night. But in no way Guru Granth Sahib Ji is saying that Moon makes or generates its own light.

"He created the Sun and the Moon; night and day, they move according to His Will" (Guru Granth Sahib Ji, 580). "Many millions are the fields of creation and galaxies. Many millions are the skies and solar systems. Many millions are divine incarnations. He has unfolded Himself in so many ways. He has expanded His expansion of creation many times. Forever and ever, He is the One, the One Universal Creator. Many millions are created in various forms. From God they emanate, and into God they merge once again. His limits are not known to anyone. O Nanak, God exists by Himself." (Guru Granth Sahib Ji, 276).

Furthermore, "He established the Earth, the sky and the air, the water of the oceans, fire and food. He created the Moon, the stars and the Sun, night and day and mountains; He blessed the trees with flowers and fruits. He created the demigods, human beings and the seven oceans; He established the three worlds (life in water, on land and in the air)" (Guru Granth Sahib Ji, 1399). God created the gases and everything came from God’s creation. For example, water (H2O) came from the gases. When two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom combine, they form water. Life in the ocean, on land and in the air is based on water. Within all life, He has infused His Light, the soul, which is a part of God. God created the entire Universe including the Earth and life on the Earth.

Sikhism states that God created this Universe billions of years ago. The Universe including the Earth has been evolving since. Furthermore, this is not the first time God created this Universe, He has done so many times. The life not only exits on Earth alone but many other planets.

Scientists have found that there are billions of galaxies, each galaxy containing billions of starts and millions of planets revolving around those stars with millions of moons revolving around those planets. Our galaxy, the Milky Way, has approximately 200 billions stars and millions of planets from which few are known. There are billions of galaxies like ours in the universe and this is just now being realized by modern science, where as Sikh Scripture mentioned it long before its discovery.

Scientists are slowly attempting to unravel the creation of God but the whole creation is so vast that currently it is beyond what humans can explore. Scientists study the creation of God and try to comprehend the mysteries of His creation. The more they learn, the more they are amazed. Some spend their entire life studying God’s creation and yet they are unable to find His limits. However, when one meditates on God, God Himself unfolds the mysteries and reveals the galaxies, the stars, and all of His creation.

HAVE I MADE IT LARGE................

Have I made it large………..

When was the last time you sat with your old buddies and played Antakshri and flowed you emotions out?

When was the last time you sat with your family  and enjoyed the stress relieving chat ?

When was the last time you actually went out for a vacation with out your cell phones?

When was the last time you had that unhygienic street food which you used to have when didn’t have enough money in your pocket?

Probablly the answer would come “I DON’T REMEMBER”…….

These are more questions and the list goes on and on…… there used to be little little things which used to make us happy.

Have we forgotten those things ????????

In this jungle race of survival of the fittest we have actually formatted our old memory devices which restored the data of little things which used to make us happy.

Happiness doesn’t used to come from big things, it used to come from silly acts, fun pranks and those polling in of last saved coins to eat something out. 

We work morning till evening like donkeys, we run here and there like horse, we quarrel on each other like dogs and many other animal attributes. We have actually become an animal in this race to earn money…..

But the question which is running in my mind is HAVE I MADE IT LARGE…………….. after all this!!!!

KOSHISH KARNE WALON KI HAAR NAHIN HOTI.....

Was feeling a little low on morale today, with all the usual nuances of life, end up asking the inevitable question i.e. why do i do all this?


Surely there’s more to life than just doing all this routine crap  Or live it just for the sake of doing it ??

So i ended up remembering a poem. It is considered one of the most inspirational poems ever and has been authored by HariVansh Rai Bachchan

Here it is:-

Lehron se Darkar nauka par nahin hoti,

koshish karne walon ki haar nahin hoti

Nanhi cheenti jab daana lekar chalti hai,

chadhti deewaron par, sau bar phisalti hai.

Man ka vishwas ragon mein saahas bharta hai,

chadhkar girna, girkar chadhna na akharta hai.

Akhir uski mehnat bekar nahin hoti,

koshish karne walon ki haar nahin hoti.

Dubkiyan sindhu mein gotakhor lagata hai,

ja ja kar khali haath lautkar aata hai

Milte nahi sahaj hi moti gehre paani mein,

badhta dugna utsah isi hairani mein.

Muthi uski khali har bar nahin hoti,

ELEVEN HINTS OF LIFE !!!!!!!

Some things are meant to be treasured these 11 hints of life are one of those, I was going through these lines felt like these are one to be restored over the blog.

1. It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return.
But what is more painful is to love someone and never
find the courage to let that person know how you feel.

2. A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who
means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was
never meant to be and you just have to let go.

WHO WILL CRY WHEN YOU DIE????????

When we were born at the tine of our birth we cry and other rejoice. But the biggest question lies in life who will cry when you will rejoice the last moment of your life.

“The tragedy of life is not death but what we let die inside us while we live”

Today in pursuit of happiness in the rat race of life we have forgotten the real happiness of life, Money is some thing we are running for and we all think that’s the penultimate happiness in life. Alas we are all here for some unique purpose, some noble objective that will allow us to manifest our highest human potential while we at the same time add value to the lives around us.

Likewise a great saying:

“Happiness is not about how happy you are but its about how happy others can be because of you”

Be the change you wish to see most in your world an ones you do your life changes.

I always thought life is gonna be like this sadist, rude, mean and asking for something or the other, but you never know what plans god has crafted for you. No wonder suddenly a change starts again through some one in your life as there are no great acts in life, there are small acts done with great love. Yes that’s your attitude, compassion, your special thing for which you are here a special meaning a change to happen.

Like wise said who will cry when you die, its all your acts in life that’s matter in life.
